Our President & Founder

Mr. Fasano has over 30 years of industry experience in Senior Management positions.  Over his career, he has managed both union and non-union work forces of over 600 employees. He has extensive experience in Facility Operations and Maintenance Services, Airport Management/Airline Services, Finance and Administration, Human Resources, and Labor Law.

 During Mr. Fasano’s undergraduate education, he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aviation Management with a minor in Aviation and Aerospace Management from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, Daytona Beach, Florida. Mr. Fasano then went on to receive his Master of Science Degree in Aeronautical Science from (ERAU). While attending college, he was an officer of the Management Club, Orientation Leader for the University Admissions Department, member of Alpha Eta Rho (International Aviation Fraternity) and member of the University Precision Flight Demonstration Team competing nationally.

 Following up his college education, Mr. Fasano found himself in Chicago with the responsibility for aviation services for Hudson General Corporation/Globe Ground at one of the busiest airports in the world, Chicago O’Hare International Airport. His operation handled over 1,500 flights per week with operational services to both the domestic and international airline communities. Services included ground handling operations to both passenger and cargo aircraft providing loading/unloading services, baggage/cargo and mail delivery, lavatory and potable water services, cabin cleaning and grooming, de-ice/anti-ice services, weight and balance/loadmaster services, passenger service and ticketing, catering, crew transport, and into plane fueling operations. In addition to these services, Mr. Fasano was responsible for airport snow removal of over 100 pieces of equipment. His operation also provided transportation services utilizing coach buses for terminal-to-terminal and long-term parking lots.

 After 15 years, Mr. Fasano branched out and took a position with former Fortune 5 Company Enron. As Regional Director within there Building Services Division he was responsible for all operations and maintenance services within a 17 state geographic area at mission critical facilities which included airports, major sports arenas, manufacturing plants, museums, multi-tenant buildings, and corporate headquarters. Some of the operations under Mr. Fasano’s authority were Gatorade and Quaker Oates facilities nationally, Ford, General Motors, Lear, AAA Motor Clubs, Cleveland Browns Stadium, Eli Lilly and Company, Charles H Wright Museum of African American History, Delphi properties, Compaq facilities now owned by HP, and airports such as Midway International Airport and O’Hare International Airport.

 After a long career working for large conglomerates, Mr. Fasano saw an opportunity to start his own Building Maintenance and Facilities Management Company in 2001. Because Mr. Fasano knows that the growth of his own company is entirely related to the growth of those he serves, PBP currently brings flexibility, exceptional customer service, increased scope of services, and a minimized hierarchy structure to facilities across the country. His dedication to seeing his clients business succeed is what connects PBP to its customers and employees working hand in hand as a team driving results that benefit all concerned.

 Mr. Fasano’s personal life surrounds spending time with his family. He enjoys spending time outdoors boating and as an avid ice hockey fan, player, and coach, he enjoys watching the Chicago Blackhawks. Mr. Fasano is a member of numerous prestigious service organizations and was a member of Rotary International where he has been awarded multiple “Paul Harris Fellowship” notorieties for his philanthropic contributions. He has served on numerous boards and commissions within local government and is a member of the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE).
